Delivery Policy

Important Notice

Corals will never be dispatched without prior contact and confirmation from you via email. This ensures you are fully prepared to receive your delivery.

Packaging & Heat Management

All corals are securely packed in a waterproof plastic container or double-bagged. They are then placed inside a food-grade insulated box to maintain stable temperatures throughout transit.

A 40-hour heat pack is included when required. During warmer periods, heat packs may be omitted to prevent overheating and ensure coral health.

Delivery Scheduling

Once we have agreed on a suitable delivery date, your order will be sent via Next Day Delivery – before 1pm.

Dispatch days:

• Monday

• Wednesday

No Friday dispatches are available, as any courier delay could result in parcels being held until Monday, which risks coral welfare.

Delivery Requirements

All shipments must be signed for on the first delivery attempt.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

Failure to accept delivery on the first attempt will void the DOA (Dead on Arrival) policy.

Delivery Costs

• Before 1pm – up to £300 value: £25.00

Free delivery on orders over £300.

We currently cannot ship to the EU, Northern Ireland or ROW.
